We believe that the key to happiness is a life in balance. But what exactly does that look like? In simple terms a balanced life would include a mix of work, play, good health and good relationships. However life isn’t simple. As we are all unique with different definitions and priorities for balance there is a kaleidoscope of possibilities. Cool huh?
So how do you know when you’re in it? The best answer I have is that you feel it. Sometimes it’s just a quiet sense of peace and well-being, other times you might find yourself smiling at everyone you pass, and then there are the times when you feel like doing cartwheels in the park…or is that just me? Anyway I’m sure you know what I mean.

Achieving balance is not an easy thing. Imbalanced feelings like stress, anxiety, exhaustion constantly creep in. I wish I could wave my ‘hippy, gypsy, fairy princess’ wand (see the About page for definition) and put us all into perfect balance, but I can’t.
What we can do, is share with you the ideas and experiences that we come across in our own search for a balanced life. We hope they help you too!
